SPosition 3 Senior Researcher II. research field: Humanistic sciences and arts; Philosophy; Development of scientific works; Development and coordination of research projects; Coordination of activity research; Information/ Documentation in scientific specialty; Organisation/Participation to scientific events; Reporting of the research results.
Related duties / activities
• execute the specific activities for research projects and publish their results;
• take part in competitions in national research programs in the European Union and bilateral programs in which Romania is a party;
• to perform the tasks and duties set by the direct chief;
• to respect obligations under the individual employment contract, including the additional acts (es) thereof, the obligations specified in the payroll, as well as documents and internal regulations of the University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" of Iasi;
• to carry out scientific activity sustained participating with papers in the field sessions, symposia and scientific congresses in the country or abroad, to publish original scientific results impact journals (published);
• propose direct head - research topics relevant to the position held;
• shall participate the profile homework research or high complexity, for which purpose:
based research themes through a detailed documentation;
direct chief proposes to new research topics and projects its areas of activity;
prepare or coordinate the preparation documentation for the development of research projects;
• draw its share of phase reports of research projects involving;
• make proposals directly chief for the purposes of research.
• ensure, in consultation with chief directly the necessary measures to ensure the protection of technical information, technological, commercial, administrative, related to the subject of research is involved;
• ensure, in consultation with chief directly, identification / evaluation instruments, documents, contracts, information it appreciate to be secret or confidential, for approval proposing appropriate measures for their protection;
• proposes to scientific solutions to homework / research projects;
• responsible for the scientific quality of homework / projects within the area involved;
• make proposals for scientific work of staff in part to optimize economic efficiency;
• continuously develops its scientific knowledge and contribute to the dissemination of scientific information and culture, as well as public awareness and decision-makers on the role of science;
• ensure the development of its field research carried out for which purpose:
deepening the fundamental theoretical aspects of the field;
grounded, prepares and submits bids for contracting of research projects;
• ensures retention of patrimony received for doing the job and responds according to the law
to integrity;
• participate in the implementation ofaccording to the law, their own research activity results,
if applicable;

The contests for available research positions indefinite and definite period, will be conducted in compliance with the Methodology of competition for research positions indefinite and limited period, in “Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi, according with the provisions of Law 319/2003 on the Status of research and development staff and Law no. 1/2011 of the National Education;
11. The contest calendar is detailed in „The Contest Calendar for research positions, indefinite and limited period” and it is posted on www.uaic.ro, the „Employment” section;
12. Contents of the application files is compiled according to "the Competition Methodology for research positions indefinite and determined period in " Alexandru Ioan Cuza "University of Iasi, containing the following documents:
u. Registration form, (according to Annex 3), signed by the candidate;
v. statement of truth for the data within the application file (handwritten responsibility by the candidate on a form disseminated from the Personal and Professional Development Service);
w. a proposal for the development of one’s own academic career, in maximum 10 pages;
x. curriculum vitae, both in electronic and printed version;
