1. Application for the competition, signed by the candidate, with an attachment of a declaration of the veridicity of the information supplied in the file;
(Annexes 4 and 5)
2. Proposal for the development of the candidate’s academic career both in didactic direction as well as in scientific and artistic research; the proposal is to de elaborated by the candidate, it should contain a maximum of ten pages and it is one of the main evaluation criteria of the candidates;
3. Curriculum vitae of the candidate in written and electronic format (containing information about studies, diplomas and qualifications, professional experience and jobs, about research and development projects conducted as project coordinator and study grants obtained, if such projects and grants exist, indicating the source of financial support, the amount of the grant and the main publications, inventions, prizes or other elements of recognition of the scientific contributions of the candidate ; see in this respect : http://www.europass-ro.ro/index.php?page=cve);
4. List of publications and creations in printed and in electronic format which should contain: a list of all the publications from which a maximum of ten titles considered by the candidate to be the most relevant for individual professional achievements, attached in digital format, these titles may be from other categories required in the present article; doctoral thesis or theses; invention patents and other industrial, intellectual or artistic property rights; books and articles in books; studies in extenso published in mainstream international scientific magazines; publications in extenso in the works of important international professional conferences ; scientific works and contributions in the field of artistic creation ;
5. Checklist for the completion of eligibility standards for the competition and / or for filling the position in electronic format, as well, according to OMECTS no. 6129 of December 20, 2016, published in the Official National Registry no. 123 bis of February 15, 2017, according to the scientific and fundamental activity area of the position, completed and signed by the candidate; (webpage uat.ro), (annex 2 Lecturer, annex 3 Associate Professor, Professor)
6. A list of at least three names and their contact information of prominent personalities in the respective professional field from the country or from abroad, who should not be members of the institution announcing the competition, and who have accepted to give letters of recommendation about the professional quality of the candidate.
7. Documents about the doctoral diploma: legalized copy of the doctoral diploma, or, in the case in which it has not been recognized in Romania a certificate of recognition or equivalation.
8. A summary of the doctoral thesis or the abilitation thesis (as the case may be), in Romanian and English in maximum 1 page;
9. Declaration of the candidate that there is no situation of incompatibility as stated in the National Educational Law 1/2011; (Annex6)
10. Copies of other diplomas and certificates about the studies of the candidate: high school diploma or certificate of recognition, BA university diploma or certificate of recognition, MA diploma or certificate of recognition;
11. Copies of transcripts, diploma supplements or achievement reports for each cycle of study;
12. Copy of the identity card or, in the case in which the candidate does not posses an ID card, of the passport or any other document equivalent with the identity card;
13. Copies of documents certifying changes of names in the case in which the candidate changed names, marriage certificate or proof of name changes;
14. Maximum 10 publications in extenso, invention patents or other equivalent artistic works of the candidate in electronic format, considered by the candidate to be most relevant for personal professional achievement; their form of presentation may that of volumes, abstracts from different volumes of scientific or artistic nature; electronic or printed copies of the above mentioned supplemented with a handwritten declaration of authenticity; audio-video recordings or artistic performances, posters, art works, sketches and models or of any other material forms required to show the contribution of the candidate;
15. Medical certificate attesting suitability for teaching activities;
16. Criminal record certificate. |
