Job application contest procedures
The competition for the position of professor, according to art. 29 of the own contest methodology, consists of the following tasks: - an oral presentation made by the candidate, of their proposal for the development of their academic career (enclosed in their application file), as required in art. 13, – 30%; - analysis of the candidate's file - (Article 13) - 80%; public lecture for candidates coming from outside the higher education system (eliminatory task). The candidate's evaluation is done separately for each component of the contest, out of a total of 100%, as follows: - the university career development proposal, - 20%. The university career development plan and the most significant previous professional results are presented by the candidate to the committee through a lecture of up to 45 minutes, but not less than 30 minutes. This test also necessarily involves a session of questions from the commission and possibly the audience; - Candidate's file - 80%. The candidate's file will be evaluated by the "Indicators of evaluation used in the selection for the teaching positions" grid (approved by the Senate of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Grigore T. Popa" Iasi) completed and signed by each candidate. The score awarded to the candidate turns into grades, from 1 to 10, followed by two decimals; Sample Analysis of the candidate's file is eliminatory by failing to meet mandatory minimum standards.

a) the copy of the competition dossier showing the pages corresponding to each document in the file (in printed format) (Annex 1), b) the receipt proving the payment of the competition fee, c) the application form, signed by the candidate, in which it expressly mentions the teaching position and the position in the function state for which it is applying (in printed format) - Annex 2; d) the declaration on its own responsibility regarding the veracity of the information presented in the file (in printed format) - Annex 3; own responsibility of the candidate indicating the incompatibility cases provided by Law no. 1/2011 in case of winning the contest or lack of these incompatibilities - Annex 4 f) copy of the identity card or, if the applicant does not have an identity card, passport or other document an identity card drawn up for a purpose equivalent to the identity card or passport, g) if the candidate has changed his / her name, copies of documents proving the change of the name - marriage certificate or proof of name change, h) documents regarding the possession the doctor's diploma: the certified copy of the doctor's degree and, if the original doctor's degree is not issued in Romania, the certificate of recognition or equivalence of the diploma. In case the candidate does not submit the certified copy of the document, the certification of conformity is done by a secretary appointed by the faculty / rectorate, after checking the original of the candidate's diploma, before submitting the file to the University Registry. I) in the cases provided by art. 12 paragraph (7), certified copies attesting the possession of the respective medical titles. In case the candidate does not present the certified copy of the document, the attestation of conformity is done by a secretary appointed by the faculty / rectorate, after checking the original of the candidate's diploma, before submitting the file to the University Registry; j) copies of other diplomas certifying the studies candidate: baccalaureate diploma, bachelor's degree, master's degree - simple children; k) for the post of university professor, legalized copy after the attestation certificate. If the applicant fails to submit the certified copy of the document, the accreditation is certified by a secretary appointed by the faculty / rectorate, after verification of the original of the candidate's diploma, before submitting the file to the University Registry; l) the applicant's Europass-type curriculum vitae printed version and in electronic format; m) proposal for the development of the university career of the candidate, both from the didactic point of view and from that of the scientific research; the proposal is drafted by the candidate, it has a maximum of 10 pages and is one of the criteria for the selection of the candidates; n) "Minimum required and mandatory standards for participation in the contest", printed and electronic. The printed form will be completed and signed by the candidate on each page. Completing the Minimum Standards Sheet is made by the Candidate's listing of the evidence attesting each of these activities, with links to the web address of the publication in which the article appeared or to the applicant's electronic file where there are scanned copies of evidence of participation in scientific or training activities. The format of this card is provided in the university's own contest methodology and is standardized - Annex 5; o) copies of the documents required to prove the minimum, necessary and mandatory conditions for enrollment in the printed and electronic format; occupation of teaching staff "in printed and electronic format; the printed form will be completed and signed by the candidate on each page. Completion of the card is made by the candidate's marking of the evidence attesting each of these activities, with links to the web address of the publication in which the article appeared or to the candidate's electronic file in which there are scanned copies of the proofs of participation to scientific or vocational training. The format of this card is provided in the University's own methodology and is standardized - Annex 6; r) a maximum of 10 articles, patents or papers of the candidate in printed and electronic format selected by the candidate and considered to be most relevant for their own professional achievements; for each of the 10 documents mentioned above, there will be a link to the publication, as well as a proof indicating the publication's membership of the ISI system or an international database (BDI) for the year the work was published; the 10 documents mentioned above will also be printed and filed, and the candidate will have to sign on each of the tabs of the printed documents; s) a summary in Romanian and in an international language of the doctoral thesis, up to one page per language; t) for university lecturer's positions, a list of at least 3 names and contact addresses of personalities from the country or abroad, outside the higher education institution whose job is put out to the competition, who have accepted to draw letters recommendation on the professional qualities of the candidate. For university professors the list of at least 3 names and contact addresses of relevant personalities from abroad, who have agreed to draw up letters of recommendation on the professional qualities of the candidate; u) a certificate issued by the University certifying the didactic positions occupied by the candidate from the beginning of the teaching career up to the date of enrollment in the contest; v) the electronic file (filed as a CD, DVD or memory stick) shall additionally contain the list complete the candidate's job papers (medicine, dentistry, pharmacy or other fields according to the post), structured in accordance with Article 15, as well as all evidence attesting to scientific and professional research ( in PDF version) in line with those mentioned by the candidate in the Assessment Indicators used to fill the teaching positions.
