The didactic positions can be occupied by competition, in accordance with the National Education Law no.1/2011 and other decisions made by the Romanian Government and orders issued by the minister of National Education, as well as the provisions stipulated in the University Charter of 'Henri Coanda' Air Force Academy. With regard to the subscription to the contest for occupying the position of Professor, in compliance with the provisions of the 'Methodology for occupying the didactic positions in the Air Force Academy' E3-R0/2018.

1. Standard registration form (Annex 1), including statement of truth with regard to the veracity of the data included in the personal file; 2. Proposal for Academic career development of the applicant, both from the didactic (in case of academic positions) and research perspectives; the proposal will be written by the applicant and shall be maximum ten pages in length; this proposal represents one of the main differentiating criteria of the applicants; 3. Printed and electronic resume of the applicant; 4. Printed and electronic applicant’s list of scientific papers; 5. Check – list of accomplished academic standards to prove eligibility for contest subscription. The check - list is filled out and signed both by the head of the department where the vacant position exists and by the applicant; 6. Certified copy of Doctoral Degree; provided the diploma is not recognized in Romania, a certificate of recognition or its equivalent should be submitted, or the original certificate issued by the doctoral school to prove that the applicant is a PhD student. The certificate will have been issued maximum 6 months prior to the contest subscription; 7. Maximum one-page in length PhD thesis summary, both in Romanian and in an internationally circulated language; 8. Applicant’s self-statement of truth, with regard to the incompatibility circumstances, or the absence of incompatibility as stipulated by Law no. 1/2011, in which the applicant may find himself once he has won the contest (Annex 16), 9. Certified BS diploma or equivalent and academic record 10. Certified MS diploma and psycho-pedagogical qualification; 11. Certified certificate of birth and marriage (should be submitted only if name has changed as a result of marriage); 12. Identity card copy or, if the applicant does not have an identity card, passport or any other document issued by authorities to substitute identity card or passport. If the applicant name was changed, copies of change proofs; 13. Health record to prove health status, issued by the personal physician: 14. Criminal record; 15. Maximum 10 electronic articles, brevets or papers of the applicant, selected from his own most relevant professional accomplishments. In case these papers should be available electronically, copies of them shall be submitted to prove authenticity, under the applicant’s own signature. |
