Supporting by the proposed candidates a lecture in which the candidates present the most significant previous professional results and the university career development plan.
Candidates who do not have at least the lecturer's/lecturer's degree (obtained as a result of a titularization contest) or candidates who do not come from the higher education system will additionally support a lecture (course) the subject of which will be established by the Contest Commission on the topic of the job.

1. The application for a contest, signed by the candidate, which includes: a declaration on your own responsibility regarding the truthfulness of the information presented in the file, the individual declaration of the candidate indicating the incompatibility cases provided by Law no. 1/2011, with the subsequent modifications and completions, in the case of winning the contest or lack of these incompatibilities, and the resolution of the commission regarding the information in the certificate of compliance with the standards (with the signatures of the members).
2. A proposal to develop the university career of the candidate, both from a didactic point of view, in the case of teaching positions and from the point of view of scientific research activities; the proposal is drafted by the candidate, it has a maximum of 10 pages and is one of the main criteria for the selection of candidates.
3. Curriculum vitae of the candidate in printed and electronic format. The candidate's Europass curriculum vitae must include:
- information on the studies and diplomas obtained;
- information on relevant professional experience and jobs,
- information on the research and development projects he has led as a project director and the grants he / she has received, if there are such projects or grants, indicating for each source of funding, the volume of funding and the main published publications or patents;
- information regarding the prizes or other recognition elements of the scientific contributions of the candidate.
4. List of papers of the candidate in printed and electronic format. The candidate's full list of papers will be structured as follows:
- the list of the maximum 10 papers considered by the candidate to be the most relevant for their own professional achievements, which are included in the electronic file in the file and can be found in the other categories of works covered by this Article;
- thesis or doctoral theses;
- patents and other industrial property titles;
- books and chapters in books;
- articles / studies in extenso, published in journals from the main international scientific flow;
- publications in extenso, appearing in the works of the main international specialized conferences;
- other works and scientific contributions or, as the case may be, artistic creation.
5. Certificate of compliance with the university's presentation standards for the contest, the standard format of which is provided by its own methodology. The verification sheet is completed and signed by the candidate
6. Documents regarding the possession of the doctor's degree: a certified copy of the doctor's degree and, if the original doctor's degree is not recognized in Romania, the certificate of its recognition or its equivalence,
7. The summary, in Romanian and in an international language of the doctoral thesis, on a maximum of one page per language.
8. Legalized copies of other diplomas attesting candidate's studies.
9. Copy of identity card or, if the applicant does not have an identity card, passport or other identity document drawn up for a purpose equivalent to the identity card or passport.
10. If the candidate has changed his / her name, copies of documents proving the change of name - marriage certificate or proof of name change.
11. A maximum of 10 publications, patents and other works of the candidate in electronic format, selected by it and considered to be most relevant to their professional achievements.
12. The declaration on the person's own responsibility indicating the incompatibility cases provided by Law no. 1/2011, with the subsequent modifications and completions, in the case of winning the contest or the lack of these incompatibilities.
13. Assume the responsibility.
14. Candidates for the post of university lecturer or scientific researcher grade II must include at least 3 names and contact addresses of personalities from the country or abroad, outside the higher education institution whose position is removed who accepted to draw up letters of recommendation on the professional qualities of the candidate.
Candidates for positions of university professor or scientific researcher grade I have to include in the competition file at least 3 names and contact addresses of personalities from the respective field from abroad who have accepted to elaborate letters of recommendation regarding the professional qualities of the candidate. In the case of scientific domains with Romanian specifics, the letters of recommendation for the candidates for the positions of university professor or scientific researcher degree I may also come from some personalities from the respective field in Romania, outside the higher education institution whose post is put out to competition.
15. The attestation of habilitation only for the post of university professor.
16. The psycho-pedagogical module, for the post of assistant professor.
17. Medical accreditation.
18. Criminal certificate judicial.
19. The fact sheet issued by Labor Medicine certifying that it is "apt" for teaching.
20. Foreign language certificate.
