Associate Professor,17,The position includes the following activities: the teaching activities (4.25 hours of teaching and 4,75 hours of practical work), the complementary activity of the didactic norm: evaluations in the form of exams and colloquiums, checks and stage and year papers, exam assistance, exam of admission in university, scientific research, guidance of the degree / dissertation papers. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in a specialization in the related field / field recognized at an accredited university and hold the title of doctor in the corresponding branch of Science or in a related branch. |

2) the standard application for registration in the examination for promotion in the teaching career (Annex 4), accompanied by the statement on its own responsibility regarding the veracity of the information presented in the file (Annex 5);
3) the statement on the candidate's own responsibility regarding the fulfillment of the examination criteria established at the university level for the position intended the contest (Annex 6).
4) curriculum vitae (printed and electronic format) according to the Europass model (Annex 7);
5) the list of published papers (printed and electronic format, structured according to Art.26); for ISI and BDI articles the candidate will specify the links to the corresponding databases;
6) max. 10 publications, patents or other works considered the most relevant by the candidate (electronic format); if the works are not available in electronic format or cannot be scanned (theatrical or musical performances), recordings, photographs may be submitted;
7) a proposal for the development of the candidate's academic career in terms of teaching and research in the case of teaching posts;
8) the documents attesting the possession of the title of doctor: a copy of the doctor's diploma and, in case the original doctor's diploma is not recognized in Romania, the certificate of recognition of it or their equivalence from CNATDCU;
9) the summary of the doctoral thesis in Romanian and in a language of international circulation, a maximum of one page for each language;
10) certified copies of: of the bachelor's degree diploma / diploma supplement, the master's degree in the bachelor's degree / in-depth studies with the matriculation / diploma supplement; in the case of studies abroad, add the certificate of recognition or equivalence, from CNATDCU;
11) the verification sheet of the university's standards, for the respective position, completed and signed by the candidate (Annex 8 a-d);
12) a copy of the identity card or if the candidate does not have an identity card, passport or other identity document drawn up for a purpose equivalent to the identity card or passport;
13) copy of the workbook (for the activity sustained untl 01.01.2011) and certificate of seniority (for the activity sustained after 01.01.2011);For the employees of the University the above are not necessary;
14) certified copies of / on the birth certificate and other documents (marriage certificate, court decision), in case the candidate changed his name;
15) statement on his own responsibility, in which the candidate indicates the incompatibility situations provided by Law no.1 / 2011, in which they would be in case of passing the exams or the lack of these incompatibility situations (Annex 9);
16) Psycho-pedagogical training attested by an act of studies. (The enrollment sheet / annex to the bachelor's degree or graduation diploma, in which the course of psycho-pedagogical and methodical disciplines is recorded; Certificate of graduation of a program of psycho-pedagogical training for graduates with a diploma of long-term higher education, who have completed the training in psycho-pedagogy 2009; Certificate of graduation of the psycho-pedagogical training program level II for the graduates who have carried out the psycho-pedagogical training starting with 2009).
17) Receipt for payment of the participation fee in the exam for promotion in the teaching career;
18) A CD / DVD containing the entire examination file, in electronic form, for submission to the examination board; the documents drafted by the candidate will be in Word format and the others will be scanned;
19) Certified copies of / of the diplomas / documents attesting the obtaining of the titles of doctor / specialist / primary pharmacist (if applicable);
20) Certified copies of other diplomas attesting to the candidate's studies and experience;
21) Certificate of linguistic competence if the post has in the teaching norm activities in a language other than Romanian;
22) Three letters of recommendation, for the positions of university lecturer and university professor, according to Art. 27 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the present methodology.
23) The candidate will submit at registration two dossiers covered with rail and full cover:
a) The original file containing the certified copies, in the original;
b) The copy-file that includes photocopies of the pieces from the original file.
c) The files shall have the label (Annex 10) affixed to the cover.
24) All the documents of the candidate (except the legalized ones) will be signed by him on each page. The drafting of the documents (with the exception of the annexes, which are standard format) will be done in A4 format, Times New Roman font 12, 2.5 cm margins, spaced 1.5, Justify, numbered in the lower right corner of the page.
