COURSE CONTENT
I. Medicines acting on the vegetative nervous system:
Sympathomimetics. Sympatholytic. Parasympathomimetics. Parasympatholytics. Neurotropic spasmolytics. Musculotropic spasmolytics. Substances with action on vegetative ganglia.
II. Pharmaceutical active substances in the cardiovascular system:
Inotropic positive drugs. Drugs active on the renin-angiotensin system. Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. Angiotensin II receptor antagonists. Antiarrhythmic drugs. Calcium channel blockers. Coronary dilators. Substances with cerebral and peripheral vasodilating action.
III. Pharmaceutical substances with diuretic action:
Phenoxyacetic acid derivatives. Sulfonamide. Steroid diuretics. Heterocyclic diuretics
IV. Histamine: agonists and antagonists:
H1 histamine receptor antagonists. Aminoalkyl ethers. Ethylenediamine. Dibenzocycloheptene / Heptanes
V. Pharmaceutical active substances in the respiratory system:
Antitussive. Expectorant. Mucolytics. Asthma
VI. Pharmaceutical active substances in the digestive tract:
Antiulcer pharmaceuticals. Inhibitors of gastric acid secretion. Histamine H2 receptor antagonists. Proton pump inhibitors. Prostaglandin analogues used as antiulcer drugs. Protectors of the gastroduodenal mucosa. Choleretic. Synthetic purgatives. Antidiarrheals.
VII.Antidiabetics:
Antidiabetic sulfamides. Biguanidine. Various structures. Aldose reductase inhibitors. Carboxylic acids. Cyclic imides. Alpha-glucosidase inhibitors.

Technical and medical products III year , sem I
COURSE CONTENT
1. General notions about technical-medical products. Definitions. Legislation in the field. Classification of products and units that carry out activity with technical-medical products. Storage and quality control of technical-medical products
(6 hours)
2. Traditional and modern raw materials used to obtain technical and medical products. Ensuring the sterility of technical-medical products (4 hours)
3. The main technical-medical and parapharmaceutical products: description, quality conditions, specific storage conditions, method of use, notions of material vigilance (18 hours).
