Teaching activity in accordance with the staff establishment and the associated position in the staff establishment:
teaching activities: lectures for Bachelor, Masters, Doctoral, Postgraduate courses of study, seminars and practical laboratory work;
field-specific research and innovation activities;
developing and participating in competitions for research projects in the business and public sector;
founding and modernizing laboratories, pilot stations, research centers;
delivering conferences at universities in the home country and abroad;
scientific coordination for Bachelor’s and Master’s dissertations and research projects;

12. The content of the application files is compiled according to "THE COMPETITION METHODOLOGY for teaching positions indefinite and limited period in " Alexandru Ioan Cuza " University of Iasi and containing the following documents:
a) Registration form, (according to Annex 3), signed by the candidate, including a statement of truth for the informations from application file;
b) a proposal for the development of one’s own academic career, in maximum 10 pages;
c) curriculum vitae, both in printed and electronic version;
d) a list of published works, both in printed and electronic version;
e) a self-evaluation sheet, printed and electronic version, in accordance with the general university standards sheet, according to Annex 1;
f) a self-evaluation sheet on the minimal standards on areas of the university, for university assistant and lecturer positions, printed and electronic version, according to Annex 2;
• In the Annex 2, for the post of Lecturer, shall attach proof (certificate or copy of the annex to research contract where is specified the name of the candidate) candidate quality team member research projects won by national or international competition in accordance with the requirements of Annex 2, depending on the field Job.
g) a self-evaluation sheet on the minimal standards on areas of the university, for professort and associate professor positions, printed and electronic version, according to Annex 2;
h) an authenticated copy of the PhD diploma, awarded in the same field as that of the position which the candidate applies for; where the Phd diploma was obtained in a foreign higher education institution, certified copy of the recognition certificate is required;
h¹) copy of the certificate of qualification, for university professor positions;
i) an abstract of maximum one page, of the PhD thesis; both in Romanian and an international language, maximum one page for each language;
j) declaration of honor of the candidate (according to Annex 4) on the incompatibilities provided by Law no. 1/2011;
k) copies of other degrees certifying the candidates’ studies;
l) a copy of the certificate of attendance of the psycho-pedagogical module, with school sheet roll;
m) a copy of the identity card, passport or other identity paper equivalent to the identity card;
n) copies of the papers certifying the change of names, if is necessary;
o) local hierarch blessing for candidates from the Faculty of Orthodox Theology and Roman Catholic Theology;
p) maximum 10 publications, patents or other works of the candidate, in electronic format, selected it and deemed to be most relevant for their professional achievements;
q) statement on the treatment of personal data (written and signed by the candidate on a form provided with the submission of application) in accordance with UE Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data;
r) Copy of work book or copy-extracted from the General Register of the employees and Certificate (ITM type) with seniority in work, education and profession for the candidates from outside the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi;
7. Candidates for associate professor position will must include in the file, at least 3 names and contact addresses of personalities from art, the country or abroad, from outside the University who have agreed to write letters of recommendation, regarding the candidate’s professional qualities. The list with these names will be in the application file, signed by candidate. The letters of recommendation will be attached to application file until the date of the first test of the contest;
8. Candidates for professor position will must include in the file at least 3 names and contact addresses of personalities from the respective field, from abroad, who have agreed to write letters of recommendation, regarding the candidate’s professional qualities.
All Applications files for teaching positions will include a CD / DVD which contains the following documents electronically, saved like this:
Folder no.1: Candidate s name - Documents; 1-Curriculum vitae; 2-Self-sheet (according to Annex 1 from own Methodology), 3-Overall evaluation form university standards (according to Annex 2a - own Methodology); 4-List of works
Folder no.2: with Works (maximum 10 publications, patents or other candidate s works).
Careful ! Long names of saved documents will be avoided; ex.: 1-CV Popescu Ion; 2-Annex no.1 Popescu Ion; 3- Annex no. 2 Popescu Ion; 4- List of Works Popescu Ion. All documents written on CD (Folder no.1) as Word documents converted to PDF version (not scanned);
All documents submitted by the applicants will comply in accordance with UE Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the candidates will express agree on processing.
